Social Media and Growth Marketing Executive
Part\-Time (24 Hours Per Week)
Based in Thame, Oxfordshire
ERA Clinic is an award\-winning aesthetics, skin and wellness clinic seeking a creative and commercially minded Social Media \& Growth Marketing Executive to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands how to build audiences, create engaging content and use marketing to generate real business growth.
We are looking for a proactive individual who can take ownership of our social media presence, develop engaging marketing campaigns and help drive awareness of our premium services.
The Role
You will be responsible for planning, creating and managing marketing activity across our digital and print channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and growing our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts
- Creating engaging content including posts, reels, stories and short\-form video
- Planning and scheduling social media content
- Creating and managing Meta advertising campaigns
- Monitoring campaign performance and making improvements based on results
- Producing email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp
- Designing printed marketing materials, promotional literature and in\-clinic displays
- Supporting the promotion of events, campaigns and new initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to increase engagement, enquiries and brand awareness
- Producing monthly performance reports and recommendations
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business
- Demonstrable experience creating and managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok growth strategies
- Experience using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A creative mindset combined with commercial awareness
- Experience within aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, wellness or luxury brands
- Photography and video editing skills
- Experience working with content creators and external suppliers

We're looking for someone who can bring ideas, identify opportunities, analyse results and help us continue to grow our brand presence both online and offline.
You should be confident presenting new ideas, comfortable working independently and motivated by achieving measurable results.
