Social Media and Content Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results\-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our brand. This role requires a strong understanding of public relations and social media and website management, as well as the ability to analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals.


• Create engaging content for various platforms, including Instagram and TikTok


• Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.


• Analyse social media performance metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.


• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management and public relations.


• Coordinate with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility through collaborative campaigns


• Website management and edits.


• Graphic Design


• Take content in clinic to use across platforms


• Write and publish blogs and mailout

• Proven experience in social media management or a related field.


• Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.


• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.


• Ability to work independently


• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
