Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and families? Ballyowen Meadows Family Assessment Centre is seeking dedicated Social Care Workers to join our dynamic team in a purpose\-built, family\-focused residential setting.

What We’re Looking For:
- A CORU\-approved Social Care Worker qualification (or readiness to apply)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential care
- Proven ability to work with vulnerable children and families
- A full, clean driving license
- Strong communication, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence
- Conducting family assessments using the Framework for Assessment of Children in Need and Their Families
- Delivering therapeutic support to children and parents
- Promoting positive parenting and reflective practices
- Helping families establish routines, manage households, and budget effectively
- Recording high\-quality, evidence\-based observations
- Competitive salary: €32,456 – €47,944 (TUSLA 2013 scale \+ 8%)
- Additional pay for unsocial hours
