The Role
At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to support Kingspan who brings strong expertise in stakeholder management, end to end recruitment, and insight led hiring, and is motivated to deliver real, measurable hiring outcomes.
Operating across EMEA \& UK\&I, Kingspan is a global leader in high performance insulation and building envelope solutions, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and energy efficiency. The organisation is driving ambitious growth across the region, creating a dynamic and fast paced hiring environment where talent plays a critical role in enabling business success.
The role follows a hybrid working model, with an expectation to be onsite in the Dublin office 3 days per week.
Key Accountabilities
What you’ll do:
- Lead end to end recruitment processes by applying your expertise in managing hiring activities from briefing through to offer
- Use your proactive sourcing skills to identify, engage, and build pipelines of high quality talent through direct search, networking, and market research
- Apply your assessment and decision making skills to deliver high quality, engaged candidate shortlists with clear and informed recommendations
- Apply your relationship building skills to develop and strengthen partnerships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Use your interviewing skills to conduct thorough and structured candidate assessments
- Identify process improvements by applying your problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and proactive engagement
- Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience by using your communication skills to provide regular updates and transparency
- Apply your attention to detail to produce accurate management information and maintain recruitment systems
- Deliver results by using your organisational and performance management skills to meet SLAs, KPIs, and team objectives
Skills \& Requirements
- Demonstrated ability in managing end to end recruitment processeswhile partnering directly with senior stakeholders
- In\-depth Construction/Engineering sector experience
- Strength in proactive sourcing techniquessuch as direct search, headhunting, and candidate attraction strategies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted and long lasting relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and team members
- Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to drive change by influencing and improving recruitment processes
- Strength in analytical thinking with a high level of attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving
- Ability to work effectively in complex, fast changing recruitment environments
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems
- Strength in stakeholder influencing and managing competing priorities across multiple roles or projects
