About the Role
We’re looking for ambitious, target\-driven individuals to join our growing commercial insurance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales career within a fast\-growing, innovative insurance broker, working with SME clients and building long\-term relationships.
You’ll manage inbound leads, generate quotes, convert opportunities into sales, and develop strong insurance knowledge to maximise client outcomes and earnings.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing new business leads and converting them into sales
- Generating insurance quotes for SME clients
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Developing product knowledge and maintaining compliance standards
- Motivated, target\-driven and eager to succeed
- Strong communication and relationship\-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, tech\-driven environment
- Positive team player with a proactive attitude
- Previous sales experience (insurance experience helpful but not essential)
