The Role We're looking for a passionate and polished Skincare Consultant \& Front of House to be the first point of contact for our clients and a trusted voice in their skincare journey. This is a dual role that combines genuine skincare knowledge with warm, professional hospitality.

What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome clients, managing appointments and front desk operations


• Conduct skincare consultations and recommend treatments and products tailored to individual needs


• Build lasting relationships with clients, supporting their skincare goals over time


• Process bookings, payments, and client records with accuracy


• Maintain a pristine, organised front\-of\-house environment


• Support the team with retail sales and hitting product targets

• Experience in skincare, beauty therapy, or a similar client\-facing role


• A genuine passion for skincare and staying up to date with industry trends


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• A warm, professional manner with a strong attention to detail


• Confidence with booking systems and basic admin tasks
