About the Role
We are delighted to be recruiting for the role of Skin Specialist. As a Skin Specialist at Therapie Clinic, you will focus exclusively on delivering our most advanced skin treatments. With expert knowledge and a passion for skincare, you will provide tailored solutions to help clients achieve their best skin. You’ll work closely with clients to assess their needs, perform cutting\-edge treatments, and offer expert guidance, ensuring exceptional results and an outstanding client experience.
We want people to ‘Do their best work at Thérapie’ and as part of the Clinic Team, you will be integral to creating that environment and culture.
Key Responsibilities\
Provide high quality treatments for our clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines
Actively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience and tailoring treatments to best suit them
Ability to work with sales targets
Making sure that all client records are up to date pre and post treatments
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatments
Maintenance and cleaning of all machines
Key Responsibilities
Experience with advanced skin treatment (hydrafacial, potenza, chemic peels)
Level 3 or above beauty therapy qualification
Ability to be flexible based on the needs of your clinic
Working collaboratively with all of your team
A positive and friendly attitude with your clients
