Site Sales Consultant
Hamptons are seeking an ambitious and customer\-focused Site Sales Consultant to join our sales team at Wimbledon Place, an exciting collection of 135 contemporary apartments in the heart of Wimbledon.
This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a premium development in one of South West London\`s most desirable locations, offering a range of studio, one, two and three\-bedroom homes with exceptional resident amenities including concierge services, a roof terrace, gym and co\-working space.
What We\`re Looking For
We are looking for a confident and commercially driven individual who can showcase Wimbledon Place as a best\-in\-class residential development whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving strong sales performance.
As the face of the development, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, guiding purchasers through every stage of the buying journey and maximising sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion.
- Conduct high\-quality development presentations and property viewings.
- Proactively generate and nurture leads from website enquiries, walk\-ins, agent referrals and marketing campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with prospective purchasers, investors, agents, brokers and solicitors.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Drive reservations and achieve sales targets in line with development objectives.
- Present the lifestyle benefits, specification and amenities of Wimbledon Place confidently and professionally.
- Attend launch events, open days and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and provide regular sales reporting.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor developments and pricing activity.
- Coordinate purchaser handovers and support post\-completion customer care where required.
- Ensure the sales suite and show homes are maintained to exceptional standards.
- Proven track record in new homes sales or residential property sales.
- Strong understanding of the private sale market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship\-building skills.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline from enquiry to completion.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales performance.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Professional and customer\-focused approach.
- Experience working within premium or lifestyle\-led developments would be advantageous.
