Site Project Manager - Retrofit and Renewables - North and West London

ue to continued growth and the award of new contracts across London, LMF Energy Services Ltd is looking to recruit an experienced Site Project Manager to oversee the delivery of retrofit and renewable energy works across North and West London.

This is a hands\-on, site\-based position responsible for ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, to programme and to the required quality standards.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience delivering large\-scale programmes within occupied social housing, working with Housing Associations, Local Authorities and residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Take day\-to\-day responsibility for site delivery across assigned projects


• Manage multiple installation teams and subcontractors


• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards


• Coordinate labour, materials, surveys and installation schedules


• Monitor productivity and installation volumes against programme


• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks


• Identify delays, risks and operational issues and implement corrective actions


• Manage subcontractor performance


• Work closely with Project Managers and Project Coordinators


• Liaise directly with Housing Association and Local Authority client teams


• Work closely with Resident Liaison Officers to ensure a positive resident experience


• Attend and contribute to client and progress meetings


• Maintain accurate site records and provide regular progress updates


• Coordinate with Design, Commercial, Purchasing, Health \& Safety and Compliance teams


• Ensure appropriate RAMS and site documentation are in place


• Ensure works comply with company procedures, client requirements and relevant standards


• Manage defects, snagging and completion activities


• Drive works through to successful handover and completion

Ideally, you will have:

• Proven experience managing construction, retrofit, renewables or planned works on site


• Experience delivering works within occupied domestic/social housing properties


• Experience working with Housing Associations and/or Local Authorities


• Experience managing multiple trades, installation teams and subcontractors


• Strong understanding of site Health \& Safety


• Excellent organisational and problem\-solving skills


• Strong client\-facing communication skills


• Ability to manage demanding programmes and installation targets


• High standards of quality and attention to detail


• Full UK driving licence
