Job Description:
Join our service delivery team as a Specialist Senior Service Representative, where your technical expertise will directly impact customer success. This role blends hands\-on problem\-solving with strategic consulting—you'll lead complex maintenance projects, troubleshoot multi\-component systems, and help customers achieve optimal performance.
What will you do?
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues using root cause analysis and collaboration with engineering experts
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and safety
- Deliver technical consulting to customers and internal teams to uncover needs and support business development
- Guide field service engineers and coordinate across teams to provide seamless, high\-quality service solutions

- Technical Documentation — advanced level; creating clear records that support knowledge transfer and compliance
- Strong collaboration skills to work across functions and drive solutions in a technical ecosystem
- Ability to explain complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences with confidence
