Tétris is JLL's specialized division in Architecture \& Fit Out projects for commercial development, retail spaces, hotels, and offices. Our team delivers high\-quality design and build solutions for clients across various sectors, combining technical excellence with creative innovation to transform commercial spaces that exceed client expectations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction management or supervision roles
- Experience in retail or office construction projects (highly preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer\-oriented mindset with versatility to adapt to different contexts
- Leadership abilities and proactive attitude
- Strong negotiation skills and results orientation
- Advanced IT skills in Office suite, AutoCAD and MS Project
- Good knowledge of English
- Define, choose and negotiate with suppliers and service providers, according to the specifics of each project;
- Drawing up internal construction control maps, Cost Plan and Production Management Dashboard, Construction Procedures, Planning, Provisional Receipts and Closing of Accounts, analyzing deviations and proposing corrections when necessary;
- Requesting the necessary permits for the work to be carried out.
