Key Responsibilities
- Setting Out \& Surveying: Execute precision setting out using Leica Robotic Total Stations, GPS, and Icon software.
- Technical Management: Manage the RFI process, review drawings via AutoCAD, and ensure accurate, up\-to\-date site record\-keeping.
- Quality Control \& As\-Builts: Conduct rigorous quality management, draft technical submittals, and deliver exact as\-built drawings and surveys.
- Concrete Works: Supervise and sign off on complex precast and in\-situ concrete pours, ensuring full structural compliance.
- Site Supervision: Coordinate subcontractors and various site trades to maintain strict adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 3\-5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer.
- Sector Expertise: Strong background in residential developments and major site infrastructure works.
- Industry Track Record: Prior experience with a Main Contractor, Developer, or large Specialist Subcontractor in Ireland or the UK.
- Software: Proficient in AutoCAD, Procore, and MS Office.
- Instrumentation: Highly competent with Leica Survey Instruments, Icon Software, and Robotic Total Stations.
Pay: From €65,000\.00 per year
