SIPP & SSAS Business Development Manager
We're partnering with a highly respected and growing UK financial services organisation looking to appoint an experienced SIPP & SSAS Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused professional with a strong understanding of the financial adviser market to play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships across London and the South of England.
Working remotely, you'll be responsible for expanding adviser relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting a market-leading range of SIPP and SSAS solutions.
The Opportunity
As a key member of the Business Development team, you'll work closely with financial advisers, key account partners, investment providers and internal stakeholders to increase new business and strengthen the company's presence in the self-invested pensions market.
This role offers significant autonomy and would suit an ambitious individual who enjoys building lasting relationships, winning new business and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and develop SIPP and SSAS solutions to financial advisers across your designated region.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with adviser firms, discretionary fund managers, platform providers and investment partners.
- Manage and grow existing key accounts while identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Generate new business through networking, outbound business development activity and relationship management.
- Analyse market intelligence, adviser data and industry trends to identify sales opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and CRM database, ensuring consistent follow-up and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with administration, technical, property and operations teams to deliver an exceptional client and adviser experience.
- Support marketing initiatives, communications campaigns and thought leadership activity.

- Proven experience within business development, sales or relationship management.

- The ability to work independently while contributing to wider team objectives.
- Experience within the SIPP and/or SSAS market.
- Knowledge of pensions, investment products or retirement solutions.
- Exposure to marketing, product development or adviser engagement initiatives.
- Effective use of LinkedIn and digital networking platforms to generate business opportunities.
