From vehicle graphics and shopfront signage to large\-scale developments, displays and bespoke projects, we design, manufacture and install a wide range of signage while providing exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the process.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised and proactive Project Manager / Estimator to join our team in Guildford.

The Role

This is primarily an office\-based role in Guildford; however, travel to client sites will be required for meetings, site surveys and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and estimates for signage projects


• Manage projects from enquiry through to installation and completion


• Liaise with clients, suppliers, production teams and installation teams


• Attend client meetings and site visits as required


• Coordinate project schedules and ensure deadlines are met


• Prepare and check artwork for production where required


• Provide regular updates and maintain excellent client relationships


• Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget


• Support the smooth running of multiple projects simultaneously

• Previous experience within the signage or print industry is essential


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator) is essential


• Experience preparing estimates and quotations is desirable


• Strong organisational and communication skills


• Excellent attention to detail and problem\-solving abilities


• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines


• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office


• Full UK driving licence is required


• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work
