About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sicherheitsbeauftragter / Safety Engineer to support daily safety operations on our project sites. You will ensure compliance with health and safety standards and actively contribute to maintaining a safe workplace.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform daily safety inspections on site.

· Conduct joint inspections with contractors and ensure corrective actions are taken.

· Lead toolbox meetings and promote a proactive safety culture.

· Submit daily and weekly reports in PCM.

· Support the reporting and investigation of incidents.

Qualifications

· Certified Sicherheitsbeauftragter (BG / TÜV).

· 1–2 years of site experience in construction or industrial projects.

· Basic German communication skills and proficient English (B2–C1).

Certificates

· Valid Sicherheitsbeauftragter certification (BG / TÜV).
