Sia Door Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a professional and vigilant Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, managing access control, and providing excellent customer service. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where attention to detail and a calm demeanour are essential.

Duties

• Monitor entry and exit points to verify identification and manage access in accordance with company policies


• Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to observe activity within the premises


• Perform loss prevention duties by identifying suspicious behaviour and preventing theft or unauthorised access


• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations


• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including administering first aid if necessary


• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential troublemakers and provide assistance to visitors or staff as required


• Record incidents accurately and complete relevant reports for management review


• Collaborate with security teams and local authorities when required to uphold safety standards

Skills

• Proven experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or security roles is highly desirable


• Knowledge of CCTV operation and monitoring techniques


• First aid certification or ability to provide immediate medical assistance in emergencies


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure


• Strong observational skills with attention to detail


• Professional demeanour with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically


• Organised, reliable, and punctual with a strong sense of integrity

Job Types: Part\-time, Permanent

Pay: £13\.50\-£16\.00 per hour
