About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Access Engineer with strong diagnostic and repair expertise across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and troubleshooting access platforms and related equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform diagnostics, fault\-finding, and repairs on a range of access equipment.

· Service and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

· Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry standards.

· Accurately record all work completed, parts used, and system status.

· Provide technical support and advice to colleagues and customers when needed.

Skills \& Experience Required:

· Proven experience as an Access Engineer, Service Engineer, or in a similar role.

· Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostics.

· Experience working with powered access equipment (MEWPs, scissor lifts, boom lifts, etc.).

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ, IPAF, CAP, or equivalent) desirable.

· Valid UK driving license
