Overview

Lux Woodburners Ltd is an established fireplace specialist based in Leigh\-on\-Sea, Essex, supplying and installing premium wood\-burning and gas fireplaces across Essex.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer\-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, providing excellent customer service and helping customers choose the perfect fireplace for their home.

No previous fireplace experience is required as full product training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the showroom and provide a professional, friendly experience.


• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products.


• Prepare quotations and follow up customer enquiries.


• Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.


• Work towards individual and showroom sales targets.


• Respond to telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.


• Maintain an attractive, clean and well\-presented showroom.


• Assist with merchandising and showroom displays.


• Work closely with the installation and office teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.


• Maintain accurate customer records using company spreadsheets and systems.

• Previous experience in a customer\-facing sales role.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• A confident and professional approach to dealing with customers.


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.


• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Office.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
