Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership \& Development: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a dependable team of cashiers and sales associates. Provide ongoing coaching and motivation to maintain high morale and low turnover.


• Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring the store is clean, well\-lit, fully stocked, and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations (including health, safety, and alcohol/tobacco sales).


• Financial Oversight: Manage the store’s budget, track daily sales, monitor labor costs, and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.


• Inventory Control: Manage ordering, receiving, and merchandising. Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize shrink, waste, and theft.


• Customer Excellence: Set the standard for fast, friendly, and efficient customer service. Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.


• Vendor Relations: Coordinate with vendors and delivery drivers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate invoicing.

• Experience: 2\+ years of retail management experience (Convenience store, gas station, or grocery experience is highly preferred).


• Leadership: Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate a team in a fast\-paced environment.


• Financial Literacy: Strong understanding of retail math, P\&L statements, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.


• Tech\-Savvy: Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, inventory software, and basic MS Office (Excel/Word).


• Availability: Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.

• 8\-hour shift / 10\-hour shift


• Day shift / Evening shift


• Weekend availability

• Retail Management: 2 years (Preferred)
