This wonderful hotel has been fully refurbished and features 161 individually designed bedrooms and suites,as well as a range of Food and Beverage outlets including The English Grill Restaurant,The Curry Room Restaurant,The New York Bar,The Palace Lounge and Champagne Bar,as well as 9 well equipped function rooms.
Key Responsibilities as a Shift Engineer:
- Carry out any repair or maintenance issues throughout the hotel as and when they arise.
- Performs preventative maintenance.
- Painting of public and back of house areas.
- Be responsible for all tools,materials and sundries used in connection with main duties.
- Previous experience as a Shift Engineer or Handyperson,ideally in a luxury hotel environment.
- Able to react,diagnose and solve issues safely,efficiently and to of a high standard.
- Enjoys lone working as much as being part of a wider team.
- Passionate about guest experience.
- Have excellent communication skills,both verbal and written.
