On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for an Sheet Metal Worker to join their team and support their heavy maintenance activities on A320 family aircraft. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• To undertake any tasks within the maintenance operation that is in line with your individual skills, experience and training.


• To ensure quality is consistently sustained, in line with the client’s requirements


• Ensure full compliance with Health and safety, airworthiness, quality and client’s procedures.

• Diploma Certificate


• Initial Human Factors


• Human Factors refresher (if initial expired)


• Initial EWIS 1\&2


• EWIS 1\&2 refresher (if initial expired)


• Initial FTS 1\&2


• FTS 1\&2 refresher (if initial expired)


• SMS certificate

• A minimum of 12 months experience in Base maintenance since qualifying as an Aircraft Mechanic


• Right to live and work in the location

• Experience working base maintenance on A320 family aircraft
