Your journey with us
- Act as the primary solution advisor for ServiceNow Risk and Security Operations engagements, translating business and regulatory requirements into platform designs.
- Lead or support discovery workshops to assess current risk, compliance, and security posture, and identify how ServiceNow modules can address gaps.
- Partner with technical teams to deliver demos, proofs of concept, RFP responses, and solution presentations tailored to prospective clients.
- Define data models, workflows, and integration patterns connecting IRM/SecOps with CMDB and third\-party tools (e.g., vulnerability scanners, SIEM, threat feeds).
- Advise on ServiceNow best practices, out\-of\-box functionality vs. custom configuration trade\-offs, and platform governance
- Stay current on ServiceNow release updates, new IRM/SecOps features, and industry risk/security trends, advising customers on upgrade and adoption strategies.
- Mentor junior consultants and internal teams on IRM/SecOps capabilities.
- Experience with ServiceNow IRM and Security Operations modules
- Familiarity with regulatory and industry frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27005, …)
- Ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences.
- Strong consulting skills: workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, solution documentation, and stakeholder management.
- 3–7 years experience in supporting/leading these projects
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications
- Dutch and/or French is a must
- Knowledge/expertise of IT Asset Management (SAM Pro/HAM Pro) and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) is a plus.
