Are you passionate about supply chain, omnichannel logistics and eager to make a real impact?
We’re looking for a flexible, motivated intern to support our customer fulfilment team. This is a hands\-on opportunity to contribute to our ambition of making IKEA’ s multi\-channel retailing a reality . The fulfilment team focuses on providing seamless shopping experience with great quality in all touchpoints for the many people.
You are:
- Currently studying Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Analytical, detail\-oriented, and eager to dive into data to uncover insights.
- Comfortable working with IT tools and systems, and curious to learn more.
- A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams and with external partners.
- Proactive and organized, with a drive to improve processes and deliver results.
- Skilled in identifying root causes and implementing structured solutions
- Excited to work in a customer\-centric environment and contribute to operational excellence.
- Available for a 12\-week internship, with at least 2 days/week in our Zaventem office.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Key responsibilities (text) • Support the daily operations, ensuring smooth collaboration with internal and external service partners.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing performance data from IT systems to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Working on IKEA IT tools for service fulfilment operations – A hands on to experience how the IKEA’s fulfilment engine works
- Contribute to cost and capacity planning
- Help develop tools, templates, and routines to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to implement improvements and share insights.
