Serviced Accommodation Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Serviced Accommodation Property Manager to join our growing business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong industry knowledge and hands\-on operational experience within serviced accommodation. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, managing booking platforms, maintaining exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the continued growth of the business through increased occupancy and direct bookings.

This role requires a highly detail\-oriented individual with excellent administrative and organisational skills who can confidently manage multiple properties while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the day\-to\-day operations of serviced accommodation properties

  • Overseeing and optimising listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTA platforms

  • Managing guest communications, enquiries, reservations, check\-ins, and issue resolution

  • Driving and securing direct bookings through corporate relationships, networking, repeat business, and marketing initiatives

  • Coordinating cleaners, maintenance teams, and contractors to ensure properties remain guest\-ready at all times

  • Monitoring occupancy levels, pricing strategies, calendars, and booking performance

  • Handling administrative duties including reporting, invoicing, scheduling, compliance, and operational systems

  • Ensuring all properties consistently meet company standards and guest expectations

  • Implementing efficient systems and processes to support business growth and operational excellence

  • Travelling between properties when required to oversee operations, inspections, and team coordination

Requirements
  • Extensive experience within the serviced accommodation industry

  • Strong working knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTA platforms

  • Proven track record of sourcing and securing direct bookings

  • Excellent administrative, organisational, and time management skills

  • Strong communication and customer service abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously

  • Experience using property management systems and channel managers preferred

  • Professional, proactive, and solutions\-focused approach

  • A full UK driving licence is essential, as the role involves regular travel between properties
