Part\-time Clinic Receptionist/ Front of House \- Newport

Hours \- 12\.5 hours part time. More hours will be available as the business grows. Holiday \& sick cover will also be needed.

Rate of Pay \- £12\.71/hour

THE ROLE

Reception \- a warm welcome, good communication, managing appointments, answering calls and emails, payments, invoicing, stock management and cleanliness of the clinic.

Clinic Experience \- engaging with our practice members and the health journey they are on, getting to know their stories.

Standards \- ensuring practice members adhere to the schedule of care and providing a seamless and professional service.

Skills \- Confident IT skills, organisation and excel in prioritising.

Your role is to control everything service related, allowing the clinical team to focus on what they do best. Being the first face of the business it's imperative that the high standard of service is apparent in the first few minutes. You will play a vital role in a new member's care throughout their journey.

DETAILS

Hours \- We will strive to offer consistent days. Morning Shifts can start from 7:30 am. Evening shifts can finish at 7:45pm

Part time hours (more hours can be offered in future and for holiday and sickness cover) occasional weekend availability needed for events.

Training \- will be provided prior and beyond start date.

Work location \- One location (Gold Tops, Newport)

Must have the right to work in the UK.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Newport NP20 4PG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• GCSE or equivalent (required)

• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
