Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in IT service management, ITIL practices, operational process design, managed services or service transformation.
- Good understanding of incident, change, problem, continuity and service ownership processes in complex technology environments.
- Ability to convert operational resilience concepts into practical workflows and BAU behaviours.
- Experience working with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM platforms is desirable.
- Strong workshop facilitation and process mapping skills.
- Ability to balance control, usability and operational efficiency when designing resilience processes.
