Protection Adviser London | Hybrid Working (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)
Basic Salary: £35,000 + Uncapped CommissionOTE £60,000+
Are you an experienced Protection Adviser looking for high-quality leads, a genuine consultative sales process, and the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings?
We are working with a well-established, highly respected premier financial services organisation that is looking to add an R05 qualified Protection Adviser to its growing team.
Unlike many advisory roles, you will be provided with qualified and exclusive appointments each day, allowing you to focus on what you do best, advising clients and converting business rather than sourcing leads.

You will be speaking with clients who have already expressed an interest in protection advice, helping them identify suitable solutions and ensuring they receive the right cover for their individual circumstances.
The business follows a consultative advice process rather than a one-call-close environment, allowing advisers to focus on quality customer outcomes and long-term relationships.
About You • Previous experience as a whole of market fully advised Protection Adviser
- RO5 qualification required
- Strong understanding of Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection and related products
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work in a consultative advice environment
- Comfortable commuting into London three days per week
- Whole of market experience advantageous
- Client-focused approach with a strong commitment to service
