Service Engineer
We are looking to recruit a new Service Engineer to Repair, Maintain, Inspect and LOLER our expanding fleet of Access Platform machines in and around the Essex \& London areas.
The ideal candidate would have experience within the Access, Crane, Forklift or Motor industry along with a mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical background.
A Light or HGV Technician would be suitable for this position as training would be given.
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Six monthly LOLER Examinations
- Servicing Access Equipment
- Refurbishing Access Equipment
- Pre Delivery inspections
- Fault Finding and Repairs
- Outside customer LOLER Inspections, Servicing, and Repairs
- Good housekeeping to meet H\&S requirements and maintain a safe workplace
- Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed to a high standard
- Utilise all Personal Protective Equipment as necessary
- To communicate effectively to customers and the Service Manager
This is a mobile position but you will be based at our Billericay depot. Overtime is available within the engineering department but also in our hire department as a driver/operator if the candidate requests this.

We are a Specialist Access Hire company located in Essex that supplies Mobile Elevated Work Platforms to customers throughout the UK.
We specialise in getting through to awkward areas that other machines fail to reach due to the planning and also the nature of our "Specialist Narrow Access Platforms"
We do also supply Scissor Lifts, Booms, Truck Mounts, and Negative Reach units (These machines are used at the docks and under bridges etc)
