Dental Nurse - Out of Hours
The247dentist team is looking for a Dental Nurse who is confident, hardworking, who has a bubbly personality, enjoys dealing with people and strive on delivering an excellent patient journey.
The job entails supporting the Dentist to provide high quality private emergency dental care on bank basis over weekends, weekday evenings and bank holidays. You may called upon at short notice to cover shifts.
Joining our private emergency dental bank team, you will benefit from excellent rates of pay.
9am to 8pm £20 p/hr
8pm to 10pm £30 p/hr
10pm to 12am £50 p/h
12am to 4am £70 p/h
You won’t always be based in the practice and will only come out to see patients once booked. When on call you will need to be able to reach the practice within 30 minutes.

On call hours are as follows: (Late night and early morning call outs are very rare)
\*Monday 18:30 – 06:00
\*Tuesday from 18:30 – 06:00
\*Wednesday from 18:30 – 06:00
\*Thursday from 18:30 – 06:00
\*Friday from 18:30 \- 00:00
Saturday from 00:01 to 00:00
Sunday from 00:01 to 00:00
(Monday \- Friday there is some flexibility with morning finish time and evening start time)
\*Please note that if you are on call over a bank holiday, the hours will be – 00:01 – 00:00 for that day. This includes all bank holiday Mondays, Easter Monday, Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
