Salary: OTE £33,000 \- £41,000 \- Made up of a Basic £30,000 \- £38,000 (depending on experience) \+ Monthly bonus scheme \+ company benefits \+ product specific training \+ company van \+ fuel card \+ tools \+ smart phone \+ tablet \+ optional weekend overtime

Role and responsibility:

· Install, commission and set up Coffee equipment delivering a excellent and unique customer experience.

· Perform planned preventative maintenance on a broad range of equipment.

· Carry out reactive breakdown and repair calls, always aiming for a first time fix on all equipment.

· Deliver exceptional customer service through communication and operator training. (e.g operation and cleaning of coffee equipment)

· Self management of spare parts stock holding in company van.

· To complete all necessary job cards and supporting documents.

· Support colleagues and engage pro\-actively with all areas of the business.

.Rota 1 in 4 weekend working (Saturday and Sunday)

.Optional Additional Weekend Day payment for £3000 Per Year

.Overtime Available at £250 per day Flat Rate

· Relevant industry experience on coffee equipment (desired but not essential)
