What’s the role all about?
As an IT Service Desk Engineer at etiCloud, you’ll be the trusted first point of contact for our customers—helping to keep their systems running smoothly and their users supported.
You’ll work within a collaborative support team, resolving day‑to‑day technical issues, investigating recurring problems, and escalating where needed. No two days are the same, and you’ll constantly be learning as you support a varied customer base in a modern cloud environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Managing incidents and change requests via our ticketing system in adherence to SLA’s
- Supporting Windows, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
- Building strong customer relationships
- Maintaining documentation and contributing to our knowledge base
This role is predominantly office based with standard hours of 8 hours per day Monday to Friday and staggered shifts between 08:00–18:00, plus a late shift 12\.00\-20\.00 on rotation, and on‑call rota.
Required Skills:
To be successful in this role it is essential to have experience of;
- IT and desktop support in a business environment
- Excellent attention to detail

- Strong Customer Service skills

· Remote Desktop Services / Citrix
· VPNs
· VMWare vSphere
· Email Security Services
· Web Filtering
· Acronis Backup
