- The role is an FTC for 12 months initially
- Full\-time hours (37 across Monday \- Friday)
- Hybrid working arrangements ideally based 1 day per week in our Support Centre in Kearsley (M26 1GG) and ad hoc around this as per business requirements

As a Service Design Transition Manager, you’ll be:
- Ensuring a smooth transition from project/programme to BAU, integral to defining service acceptance criteria, which determines when the project team can be stood down
- Defining the service transition strategy and approach, ensuring all services have appropriate support models, SLAs and knowledge bases in place
- Coordinating the development and negotiation of contracts with Application Management Services (AMS) partners
- Leading service acceptance reviews to confirm that new or changed services meet design, operational and business requirements
- Collaborating closely with programme managers, project teams, business stakeholders and IT operations to ensure a smooth handover of services
- Proven experience in managing service transitions within complex digital transformation or technology change programmes
- Experience in cloud\-based CRM or ERP system transitions
- Background in managed service environments or enterprise\-scale service delivery
- Experience working in businesses with multi\-site operations
