Salary: £28,000PA

We're looking for a Service Delivery Account Assistant to support a portfolio of key clients, ensuring services are planned, delivered, and completed to the highest standard. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing compliance services business, working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of the Service Delivery team, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships and coordinating services from start to finish. Your role will involve:

• Supporting key accounts and ensuring service delivery meets agreed KPIs


• Coordinating planned works and liaising with operational teams


• Managing customer communication and resolving issues quickly and professionally


• Producing and issuing reports within agreed timescales


• Monitoring contract performance, financials, and work in progress activity


• Organising review meetings and maintaining strong client relationships


• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience


• Working closely with colleagues, subcontractors, and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service or account management experience


• Excellent organisational and administrative skills


• A proactive and solution-focused approach


• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Confidence working independently and as part of a team


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Experience within service delivery, facilities management, compliance services, maintenance, or a similar environment would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
