Overview
To complete service and breakdown work in domestic settings for our award winning company situated in the North West with an office in Warrington.

What you’ll do

• Complete annual boilers, fires and gas cookers, in domestic properties across the north west


• Complete Landlord gas safety certificates, in domestic properties across the north west


• Attend boiler,fire and cooker breakdown jobs. in domestic properties across the north west


• Order parts and fit said parts in domestic properties across the north west


• Upgrade components installtion as needed – such as filters, controls, or condensate pipework.


• Connect and test all gas, water, and electrical supplies in line with manufacturer and Gas Safe requirements.


• Commission the boiler, check combustion readings, and complete benchmark documentation.


• Test for gas tightness and ensure there are no leaks.


• Register the installation with the manufacturer and relevant authorities (Gas Safe Register).


• Demonstrate operation to the customer and provide advice on use and maintenance.


• Ensure compliance with current gas safety and building regulations (Part L, Part J, etc.).


• Quoting upgrades and new boilers, Training provided

Basic qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience


• Basic Asbestos awareness


• Manual Handling


• Working at Height

Required Qualifications

• Current ACS qualification


• CCN1 – Core Domestic Gas Safety


• CENWAT – Boilers and Water Heaters


• Basic DBS clearance


• FGAS not required but beneficial

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: £36,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year

Overtime available to push this number up considerably.
