Main Responsibilities

Set up and process starters, including calculation of travel payments

Ensure the central payroll inbox is maintained and all emails dealt with in a timely manner

Answer the telephone to employees and assist them with Epay queries

Generating reports

General administrative tasks

Experience and Qualifications

Experience of working in a payroll department would be desirable but not essential

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including intermediate Excel skills

Able to work independently using own initiative
