Parts Advisor

We are seeking a Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and assist in the efficient ordering and delivery of parts, accessories, and equipment for our dealership. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented, able to multitask, be detail oriented, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with customers by answering their questions and concerns, offering solutions to improve their vehicle, and recommending products and services.


• Work with the sales team to identify customers’ needs, build relationships with them, and sell products and services by understanding their wants and needs.


• Maintain accurate records of customer purchases by using computerized inventories.


• Assist in the ordering process by reviewing parts inventory, pricing, availability, customer requests, etc.


• Work with the inventory manager to ensure that inventory is received in good condition for sale to customers.


• Maintain an organized inventory of parts by following established procedures.


• Provide exceptional customer service at all times to maintain positive customer relations.


• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dealership including the shop floor, showroom, office space, etc.


• Other duties as assigned.
