About the Team \& Business Line

The Transformation Office strives to create a consistent ability to always transform our organization. By bringing together subject matter expertise across process, platform and line of business, we provide clear direction and governance to change, positioning CFS to continually evolve \& scale to the changing market dynamics, to our business demands and to our client needs.

As part of the Transformation Office, you will be working as a Business Subject Matter Expert within the YARDI Platform Transformation and Support Team. The YARDI Platform Transformation Team consists of a Team of Business Subject Matter Experts who support the business in day\-to\-day operations and represent the business stakeholders to determine and document the business requirements of the YARDI Platform development.

Role Overview \& Purpose

This is an exciting opportunity to sit at the intersection of technology and business transformation. As a Senior Vice President within our Yardi Platform Transformation team, you will play a central role in shaping how our Fund Services business evolves, scales, and delivers for its clients.

You'll act as a key bridge between business operations and technology — translating real operational needs into platform solutions, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring our teams get the most from the Yardi platform. Working within the Transformation Office, you'll contribute to a function that exists to future\-proof the organisation, bringing together process, platform, and business expertise to drive meaningful, lasting change.

What You'll Be Doing

*Platform Support \& Configuration*

• Support business operations teams in the day\-to\-day configuration and use of the Yardi platform


• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, acting as a key escalation point for platform\-related queries

Provide Level 2 support across local and global teams, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively

• *Business Analysis \& Requirements*


• Analyse operational and client\-specific needs, translating them into clear, well\-documented business requirements


• Participate in workshops with Business Analysts and Development teams to define and shape platform enhancements

Identify and specify new functionality requirements across Yardi and connected systems

• *Stakeholder Engagement \& Governance*


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to secure sign\-off on new or amended functionality


• Liaise with IT, Development, and key business leaders throughout the development lifecycle

Work with Plan Sponsors and stakeholders to identify opportunities for system and process improvement

• *Testing \& Enablement*


• Lead and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements


• Test newly developed functionality to ensure it meets business needs


• Educate and upskill business users on new features and system changes

What We're Looking For

You're someone who thrives in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment and brings both technical confidence and strong interpersonal skills to the table. You're comfortable navigating complexity — whether that's a tricky system issue, a competing set of stakeholder priorities, or a nuanced client requirement.

You likely bring:

• A solid grounding in financial services, with a genuine understanding of fund operations and client needs


• Hands\-on experience with the Yardi platform, with the ability to configure, support, and advocate for its use across a business


• Strong communication skills — you can translate technical concepts for non\-technical audiences and vice versa


• A collaborative, solutions\-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail


• Experience facilitating workshops, UAT, or cross\-functional projects is a real advantage

Familiarity with SQL or similar tools would be a bonus, though not essential

• Experience \& Skills


• Degree in Finance or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)


• Significant experience working with the Yardi platform in a business or operational context


• Background in financial services, with exposure to fund administration or a similar environment


• Demonstrated ability to manage complex problem\-solving across technology and business teams


• Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills

SQL knowledge is an asset, not a requirement
