As a Investment Associate, you will manage inbound investor enquiries, educate prospective clients on whisky cask investment opportunities, and guide them through the entire investment journey. This is a consultative sales position where relationship building, client trust, and conversion are key.

There is no cold calling involved. Your focus will be on engaging qualified investors, delivering expert guidance, and maximising investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert inbound enquiries from prospective investors

  • Conduct professional telephone consultations, presenting whisky cask investment opportunities with confidence and credibility

  • Build strong relationships with investors and provide a consultative sales experience

  • Guide clients through the full investment process from initial enquiry to completion

  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and performance targets

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline activity effectively

  • Keep up to date with developments in the whisky market and alternative investment sector

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience

Requirements
  • Proven success within alternative investment sales, including whisky, fine wine, art, property, commodities, or similar sectors

  • Strong track record of closing high-value sales over the phone

  • Experience converting inbound leads into significant revenue-generating opportunities

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills

  • Commercially driven with a strong focus on results and performance

  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals is advantageous

  • Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable operating within a target-driven environment
