This role is ideal for a technically capable and commercially aware developer who enjoys building modern websites, landing pages, lead funnels and scalable digital infrastructure across multiple brands and projects.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting PLIG’s next phase of growth as the group brings more development, marketing and operational capability in\-house.

This is an opportunity to join at an important stage in the wider group’s expansion and help shape the future internal digital infrastructure of the PLIG network.

About PLIG

Pearl Legal Investment Group (PLIG) operates a growing network of businesses across the legal, claims management, lead generation, marketing and technology sectors.

The wider network includes Law Firms, FCA regulated Claims Management Companies (CMCs), digital marketing businesses, operational support teams and technology providers. PLIG also operates a Manchester\-based call centre operation supporting high\-volume PCP and consumer claims activity.

Historically, much of the wider network’s web development and creative work has been outsourced. As the group enters the next phase of growth, PLIG is building stronger internal digital capability to support scalability, lead generation and operational development.

Successful candidates may work across multiple projects, systems, brands and operational functions within the wider PLIG network and associated partner businesses.

The Role

PLIG is seeking a commercially aware Senior Web Developer \& Digital Growth Specialist to develop websites, landing pages, lead generation funnels and digital assets across the wider network.

The successful candidate will take ownership of a variety of development and digital growth projects, supporting both marketing performance and operational scalability across the wider network.

This role would suit someone comfortable operating in a fast\-moving entrepreneurial environment with real autonomy, commercial exposure and the opportunity to influence future systems, processes and digital strategy.

Alongside this senior role, PLIG will continue building an internal development team including mid\-level developers, junior developers and contractor support where required.

Key Responsibilities

· Taking ownership of development projects from concept through to deployment

· Front\-end website and landing page development

· Developing high\-converting landing pages and customer funnels

· Supporting conversion optimisation and lead generation performance

· Supporting scalable internal systems and digital infrastructure

· Assisting with CRM integrations, tracking implementation and automation workflows

· Working closely with marketing and operational teams to improve campaign performance

· Website maintenance, optimisation and performance improvements

· Supporting SEO and CRO related improvements

· Collaborating with operational, marketing and external technology teams

· Helping shape internal development processes and future digital capability

· Supporting ongoing innovation and AI\-assisted workflows where appropriate

· Assisting with brand consistency and creative asset production

Requirements

· Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills

· Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms

· Experience with landing pages and digital marketing environments

· Understanding of responsive design and UX principles

· Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

· Ability to manage projects independently and prioritise effectively

Desirable Skills

· Creative design capability using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools

· Experience with conversion\-focused web development and CRO principles

· Exposure to automation tools and operational workflows

· Familiarity with AI\-assisted development tools and modern web workflows

· Understanding of lead tracking, attribution and analytics platforms

· CRM and marketing platform integrations

· SEO fundamentals

· Experience with front\-end frameworks

South East Leeds Office (Oulton, just off M62 Motorway) with willingness to travel to other North West offices including Liverpool and Manchester where required.
