The Role
The main responsibilities of the Senior Waiter role will include, but are not limited to:

Under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager, you will help ensure that a consistently high standard of service is delivered across all restaurant areas. The main purpose of the role is to provide our guests with friendly, professional, and unobtrusive service throughout their dining experience.

You will also:

• Consistently identify and maximise selling opportunities to help drive the business forward and exceed budget expectations


• Keep up to date with, and comply fully with, liquor and licensing regulations


• Deliver a high level of guest service by supporting the department in the absence of managers and supervisors


• Assist managers with the training and development of team members


• Follow training procedures for each team member and suggest improvements where needed


• Identify training needs within the waiting team


• Support a positive team culture, encouraging group success, collaboration, and shared growth across the restaurant team
