Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Define and evolve the UX strategy across core customer journeys, guiding research, metrics, and design principles, and shaping the roadmap and adjacent digital touchpoints
- Translate business goals, market dynamics, and customer insights into clear roadmaps and frameworks
- Map and optimize end\-to\-end journeys across channels
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Partner with digital product teams, product owners, and division/segment stakeholders, with the ability to influence without authority and lead cross\-functional initiatives
- Align diverse priorities into a coherent experience vision
- Coach teams with varying UX maturity levels
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
Clear, empathetic communicator who aligns stakeholders and influences without authority. Calm under ambiguity; negotiates trade\-offs and builds trust.
- At least 7 years of experience in UX strategy, service design, or product design (web \& digital ecosystems)
- Proven success in complex B2B environments (semiconductors strongly preferred or similar high\-complexity sectors, such as technology or industrial)
- Strong foundation in UX principles, research, interaction design, and information architecture; demonstrated expertise in journey mapping, customer intent definition, experience principles, and prioritization frameworks
- Proven experience collaborating across multiple digital product teams and senior stakeholders, with the confidence to navigate complex organizations and stakeholder dynamics
- Solid understanding of market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscapes
- Ability to connect UX work to measurable business outcomes
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
