Accountabilities:
- Launch, manage, and scale Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for multiple global products.
- Own full campaign performance, optimizing budgets, CPA, CPI, and ROI while maintaining scalable growth efficiency.
- Develop and test growth hypotheses across audiences, GEOs, placements, ad formats, landing pages, and app/web funnels.
- Collaborate with creative teams by researching competitors, defining creative angles, and evaluating ad performance.
- Manage both app and web acquisition funnels, with a strong emphasis on web scaling strategies.
- Build structured reporting systems and improve campaign operations through automation, rules, and scalable tools.
- Continuously analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads / Facebook Ads campaigns in high-volume B2C environments.
- Proven experience managing large monthly advertising budgets ($100K+), ideally scaling up to $400K–$500K+.
- Strong expertise in both app and web acquisition funnels, with solid experience in web performance scaling.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to work with data tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, GA4, and internal analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics including CPA, CPI, ROAS, and conversion optimization principles.
- Ability to clearly explain performance trends and decisions using data-driven reasoning.
- Experience in dating, gaming, iGaming, entertainment, or other performance-driven B2C industries is highly valued.
- Russian fluency is required; English proficiency sufficient for reading documentation and working with tools.
- Fully remote position with the ability to work from anywhere.
