Position: Senior Travel Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and motivated travel consultant with strong knowledge of the China travel market and tour package design.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Chinese/Cantonese and English, confident using GDS/NDC systems, and experienced in creating customised travel packages including flights, hotels, tours, cruises, and transportation.

Experience with Amadeus (1A) ticketing systems will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create customised travel packages for clients, including: Flights/ Hotels/ Tours/ Cruises/ Transportation and itineraries


• Develop and operate China tour products and travel itineraries.


• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and face\-to\-face consultations.


• Manage and respond to customer enquiries on social media platforms such as: WhatsApp/ Facebook/ WeChat/ Xiaohongshu


• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.


• Manage client accounts independently and support team members when required.


• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail on all bookings and enquiries.


• Contribute positively to team performance and office operations.

Requirements \& Skills

• Fluent in Chinese/Cantonese and English (spoken and written).


• Strong understanding of the China travel market and tour operations.


• Experience designing travel packages and customised itineraries.


• Confident using GDS/NDC systems.


• Experience with Amadeus (1A) ticketing preferred.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
