Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership
Lead large\-scale technology programs from planning to successful delivery.
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with executives, clients, and technical teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
Risk \& Governance
Identify risks, manage dependencies, and maintain strong program governance.
Resource Planning
Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
Continuous Improvement
Drive process enhancements and operational efficiencies across program delivery functions.
What We Are Looking For?
Experience
7\+ years of program or project management experience, including leadership of complex technology initiatives.
Leadership
Proven ability to manage cross\-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
Methodologies
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks.
Communication
Excellent stakeholder engagement, presentation, and decision\-making skills.
Mindset
Strategic, results\-driven, and highly organized. You can balance long\-term objectives while ensuring day\-to\-day execution remains on track.
Pay: £45,000\.00\-£90,000\.00 per year
