As Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own the full recruitment cycle for our clients, from the first search to the signed contract, and you'll be a trusted advisor to candidates and hiring managers alike.

What you'll do

• Proactively source, screen and recruit top\-tier IT and professional\-services candidates for our clients


• Own the entire recruitment cycle: identifying talent, interviewing, presenting shortlists and negotiating offers


• Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates so every placement is a genuine match


• Use recruitment tools, databases and social platforms (LinkedIn and more) to find talent others miss


• Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs and the industries we serve


• Collaborate with the team on shared goals and help drive the growth of IQ Staffing


• Keep a sharp eye on market and industry trends

What you bring

• 3–4\+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in an agency environment


• A proven track record placing candidates across a variety of roles, with a focus on IT and/or professional services


• Fluent English (required); good Dutch is a strong plus


• Experience with an ATS and recruitment tools such as Bullhorn is a plus


• A strong grasp of active and passive sourcing strategies


• Ownership: you deliver quality candidates on time and take initiative when things get tricky


• Genuine care for the candidate experience, from first call to first day
