Shift: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 (37\.5 hours per week, 30‑minute unpaid break)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build strong, trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and Senior Stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance across attraction, selection, assessments, and compliance.
- Write engaging job adverts, source top talent, and screen candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct assessments/interviews, ensuring fairness and transparency.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with CAA regulations and GDPR requirements.
- Support employer brand, attraction campaigns, and recruitment projects.
- Experience in a fast\-paced, high\-volume, regulated recruitment environment
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship\-building skills
- Excellent organisational and time\-management capability
- Proficiency with ATS systems and Microsoft Office
