Senior Support Worker Complex Needs Residential Home (FT/PT roles available)
We are looking for fabulous new team member to join our team. We have 3\.5 Full Time roles available. You will be joining a well established team, working as a senior personal care assistant in a small personalised care setting for 2 young men with Learning Disabilities and Autism. It is a home, not a facility. Purpose built and only completed in 2022, it is a single level country home outside of Alcester surrounded by beautiful countryside and on a busy site with accessible/adapted holiday cottages and a variety of animals. There is already a house with 2 young ladies on site, established in 2022\. You will be joining and working across teams, but have a main base in the new residence. Must be enjoy engaging with other local teams, be willing to travel County/UK and World Wide (by agreement) to help the residents live their best lives. They are both extremely sociable and like to spend time with friends and being out and about, enjoy swimming, cycling, animals and the outdoors. We are looking for someone with the skills and experience to become an active member of our team. You will either be a working in a caring role and have relevant experience or have previously worked in a setting with people with Learning Disabilities. If you understand personalised care, want to join a friendly dedicated team and be part of expanding our service then we want to hear from you! Must be able to drive, work a flexible rota of 38 hours per week over a 7 day period, with 6 sleep in nights per month (pro rata for PT applicants) included in your roster. We are also able to offer roles with no sleep ins. If you have a can do attitude, get in touch for a chat. As we are a 24/7 service the roles all include weekend shifts, YOU MUST BE A DRIVER AND HAVE A CAR.
