<p>We’re looking for a Senior Structural Engineer who thrives on solving complex technical problems, delivering high‑quality structural design, and supporting others to grow.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Leading structural design packages for small–medium projects, or owning key design elements within major multidisciplinary schemes</li>
<li>Producing and reviewing structural calculations, models, drawings, and specifications</li>
<li>Applying deep knowledge of UK design codes (Eurocodes, National Annexes, British Standards)</li>
<li>Carrying out detailed structural analysis using industry‑standard software</li>
<li>Contributing to project programmes and providing progress updates to senior engineers</li>
<li>Supporting tenders, fee proposals and technical scope development</li>
<li>Introducing practical, smart structural solutions that improve buildability and sustainability</li>
<li>Mentoring junior structural engineers and supporting their development</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Chartered Structural Engineer (CEng MIStructE or CEng MICE with strong structural focus)</li>
<li>Strong experience delivering structural design for complex building or infrastructure projects</li>
<li>Technical expertise across:</li>
<li>Steel, concrete, timber and masonry design</li>
<li>Foundation design (shallow & deep)</li>
<li>Structural assessments and refurbishment</li>
<li>Dynamic or seismic analysis (advantageous)</li>
<li>High proficiency in tools such as Tekla Structural Designer, STAAD, Robot, or Tedds</li>
<li>Experience working within integrated multidisciplinary project teams</li>
<li>Knowledge of BIM workflows and Navisworks</li>
<li>Understanding of CDM duties and structural safety</li>
<li>CSCS card, eligibility for SC clearance, and full UK driving licence</li>
</ul>
