<p>We’re looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to strengthen our Civil & Structural team and take a lead role in delivering high‑quality infrastructure design across a range of projects.</p>
<p>If you’re confident in Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD, and you enjoy supporting and developing junior engineers, this role could be your next step.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and deliver infrastructure design packages</li>
<li>Manage small project teams and support multidisciplinary delivery</li>
<li>Prepare, review and check calculations, drawings and technical models</li>
<li>Review subcontractor drawings for technical compliance</li>
<li>Support tenders, fee proposals and project reporting</li>
<li>Bring forward practical, sustainable design solutions</li>
<li>Mentor engineers, graduates and apprentices</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering</li>
<li>Chartered or nearing Chartership (ICE/CIHT/IHE etc.)</li>
<li>Strong experience in drainage, earthworks, SUDS, pavements and utilities</li>
<li>Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD</li>
<li>Knowledge of S38, S278, S104 and UK adoption standards</li>
<li>Solid understanding of British Standards and current design guidance</li>
<li>Experience working in multidisciplinary teams</li>
<li>Security‑clearance eligibility</li>
<li><strong>Bonus:</strong> Experience with Microdrainage/Infodrainage, Revit or Bentley MicroStation</li>
