Senior Solutions Consultant - Partnerships

As a Senior Solution Consultant , in Partnerships , you will be a technical authority and strategic advisor to our EMEA partners. This role focuses on Financial Reporting (FR), with an emphasis on complex reporting environments such as M ulti\-Entity Reporting (MER) , country\-by\-country reporting, fund reporting, transfer pricing, and financial services.

You'll leverage your deep FR expertise to enable partners through solutioning, workshops, and high\-impact storytelling, directly driving Workiva's revenue growth across the region. Serving as a trusted technical and pre\-sales advisor to partners, you’ll help them understand how Workiva supports the Office of the CFO and how to credibly position, demonstrate, and sell Workiva solutions in enterprise customer opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Act as a Financial Reporting subject matter expert for partners, positioning Workiva's value to executive stakeholders.


• Deliver live demos, solutioning workshops, and technical storytelling to showcase platform capabilities.


• Enable partners on complex use cases such as statutory, fund, and transfer pricing reporting.


• Identify and support new partner\-led revenue streams across advisory and managed services.


• Develop scalable enablement assets, including demo scripts, guides, and playbooks.


• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to create scalable enablement assets that accelerate pipeline and ensure alignment.


• Manage partner projects with a focus on measurable outcomes and increased partner confidence.


• Collaborate with Partner Sales and internal stakeholders to accelerate partner\-sourced pipeline and identify new revenue opportunities across advisory, implementation, and managed services


• Manage partner\-facing projects with ownership and follow\-through, bringing structure and momentum to ambiguous or evolving opportunities and ensuring that team efforts lead to measurable outcomes, including partner\-sourced pipeline, stronger co\-sell execution, and increased partner confidence

Minimum Qualifications

• 6\+ years of experience in a client\-facing role such as Solution Consulting, Presales, Consulting, Partner Enablement, Technical Sales, or similar


• Strong domain expertise in Financial Reporting, multi\-entity reporting, statutory reporting, consolidation, country\-by\-country reporting, fund reporting, transfer pricing, or similarly complex reporting environments

• Experience working in Big 4 or large advisory firms.


• Proven ability to sell to and influence stakeholders within the Office of the CFO.


• Strong project management skills and ability to drive progress across cross\-functional teams.


• Demonstrated ability in translating technical concepts into value\-based software demonstrations.


• Knowledge of SaaS, APIs, and ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle.


• Experience creating scalable, repeatable partner\-facing content, including demo frameworks, certification materials, and guides


• Strong domain expertise, curiosity, and commercial judgment, along with the ability to translate technical depth into partner\-ready narratives, scalable enablement, and new revenue opportunities.


• Self\-motivated and comfortable taking initiative in ambiguous environments

• Up to 40% travel


• Remote\-friendly within EMEA with reliable internet access
